For iPhone
Take back the hour you lose every night.
Bedrot ends revenge bedtime procrastination. Set your sleep hours, pick the apps that keep you up, and Bedrot shields them until morning. Not to police you. Because tomorrow-you has a 7am alarm.
Set up in 3 minutes ยท No account ยท Your Screen Time data stays on device

It is past midnight and you are still scrolling
You meant to sleep at eleven. You are not tired enough to stop and not awake enough to enjoy it, and the alarm has not moved. This has a name. It is called revenge bedtime procrastination, and it is not a discipline problem.
It happens because the day took everything and the night is the only time that still feels like yours. A hard wall at midnight attacks the one moment you have left, which is exactly why every blocker you have tried got disabled by week two.
Bedrot works with that, not against it.

Protected in three minutes
No accounts to make, no dashboard to learn, no settings maze. Install it tonight and it works tonight.
Set your sleep hours
Choose a bedtime, a wake time, and the nights it runs. One screen, one drag, and you are done.
Pick the apps that keep you up
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, or whole categories and websites. Bedrot never learns which ones you picked, because iOS hands it a sealed token instead.
Sleep, then read the receipt
At bedtime the shield goes up. In the morning you get the count: nights protected, hours reclaimed, streak intact.
What the scroll actually costs you

One hour a night is 15 days a year
The scroll never feels like much in the moment. Stretched across a year it is more than two weeks of your life, spent awake in the dark.

Tomorrow-you pays the bill
Lost sleep does not stay in the night. It turns up as a shorter fuse, a flatter mood, and a day you have to push through.

You are not weak, the feed is engineered
Infinite scroll is built by teams whose job is to keep you there. Late at night, when your self control is spent, it wins every time.
A bedtime app blocker that actually sticks
One escape hatch per night
Tap "5 more minutes" and you get exactly five, once. We both know what that phrase usually means, so it only works the once.
Your scrolling stays on your phone
Your routine, your Screen Time figures, and the apps you block never leave your iPhone. No account, no ads, and nothing sold to anyone.
A morning receipt, not a scolding
Wake up to what you reclaimed: nights protected, hours saved, and a streak that stays kind when you break it.
Built to be on your side
Bedrot protects tomorrow-you instead of policing tonight-you. No shame, no lectures, no dashboard to maintain.
Questions people ask
What is revenge bedtime procrastination?+
It is staying up late on purpose to claw back time that the day took from you. Research points to depleted self control and lost autonomy as the cause, not phone addiction, which is why the night feels like the only part of the day that belongs to you.
How is Bedrot different from Screen Time Downtime?+
Downtime is a setting you forget you turned on, and dismissing it costs one tap. Bedrot gives you a shield built around your bedtime, a single deliberate escape hatch per night, a morning receipt of what you reclaimed, and a streak worth keeping.
Can I still get into a blocked app in an emergency?+
Yes. Every night you get one "5 more minutes" tap, which lifts the shield for five minutes and then re-arms it. Nothing here can lock you out of calls or messages.
Does Bedrot see which apps I block or how much I scroll?+
No. Apple hands your selection over as a sealed token that Bedrot cannot decode, and Screen Time figures are rendered inside an Apple extension that has no network access. None of it is ever uploaded. Bedrot does collect anonymous analytics about which features get used, which never includes your Screen Time data or the apps you picked.
Why can a protection window not be shorter than 15 minutes?+
Apple requires every recurring Screen Time schedule to run at least 15 minutes. It is a platform rule that applies to every app that blocks apps, not a Bedrot setting.
How much does Bedrot cost?+
Bedrot is a subscription, and the current price is shown in the app before you buy anything. A free trial is offered at sign up, it renews automatically unless you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your iPhone Settings. Everything is billed by Apple.
Which iPhones does Bedrot support?+
Bedrot runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. There is no iPad, Android, or web version yet.
See you at 11.
Bedrot is coming to the App Store. Set it up once, and tomorrow-you says thanks.
